Not only the name of the substance present in the environment is important, but also its concentration, temperature and contact time with the surface. When selecting the system, the method of cleaning, the possibility of mechanical damage and the requirements for subsequent repairs are also taken into account.

Waterproofing and surface protection.
Polyurea membranes can be used to protect selected industrial surfaces, tanks and zones that require protection against liquids. The appropriate scope of application results from the documentation of a specific solution. If necessary, we also select materials applied manually or by injection.

Steel protection and corrosion.
Polyurea can form a protective layer on prepared steel. A corrosion-protection system requires assessment of corrosion, surface preparation and a compatible primer; the membrane alone does not replace these steps. Selection takes account of water or chemical exposure and operating conditions.

Planning covers access to the application area, substrate preparation, site conditions and the return to service. The schedule follows an assessment of the task and system requirements. We do not assume the same completion time for every project.

In the first message, describe the purpose of the surface, the type of substrate, any liquids or substances present, and mechanical loads. Add location, approximate area, photos and planned date of work.
Is polyurea resistant to all chemicals?
There is no one universal declaration for all materials and media. Selection requires comparison of operating conditions with the documentation of a specific system.
Can work be carried out while the plant is operational?
The possibility of organizing works on a working facility depends on access, application requirements and agreed conditions for carrying out the works. It is determined individually.
