The form sends your name, email address and message, together with any company details, telephone number and facility location you choose to provide. We use the data to respond to your enquiry and establish the scope of cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing consent is not required. Providing the required data is voluntary, but necessary to submit the form.

The website forwards your enquiry to the configured company email account and sends a copy to the address provided in the form. It does not store the message content in the CMS. The local anti-spam check uses a one-time, session-bound calculation with an expiry time and attempt limits. The session stores the form identifier and the sending attempt result to reduce duplicate submissions; this data expires with the session. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and subsequently to the extent justified by legal obligations or the pursuit of claims. The hosting provider is the website’s hosting provider. Hosting and email service providers may process data on behalf of the controller. Correspondence retention also depends on the actual course of cooperation.

We store product enquiries in the protected HOWLER administration panel, together with contact details, the product list, date, language and handling status. They are used to prepare a response and agree terms; email notifications depend on the mail configuration. We do not publish enquiry content. Retention depends on handling the matter, justified legal obligations and the pursuit of claims.

The website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms and administrator login. It expires when the browser is closed. The admin panel ends access after 30 minutes of inactivity. Abuse prevention uses hashes of the IP and email addresses and attempt timestamps; records are deleted during subsequent operations after the rate-limit window expires. The hosting service may retain technical connection logs according to its settings. We do not install analytics, advertising or profiling tools. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects.

On your first visit to the main address, we select the language using your browser preferences, regardless of the country you are in. If your preferred language is unavailable, we open the English version. A language selected manually takes precedence and is stored for 180 days in the HOWLER_LANG cookie. A link to a specific language version retains that version. You can change the language in the menu or delete the saved preference in your browser. Language selection does not use IP geolocation. The static service-area map does not send data to external services.

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where provided by law, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. The scope of these rights depends on the legal basis and circumstances of processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

The About us and Contact pages embed a Google map, and selected projects include a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading these elements connects to Google and transmits technical connection data, including your IP address. You start the YouTube project videos yourself. The homepage background video is stored on our server and plays automatically without sound; you can pause it. Google's privacy rules also apply to maps, the player and external links. The website fonts are stored locally.
