Not every protective application involves an entire roof, tank or floor. We also select coatings for other surfaces and components, starting by establishing their function, material and service conditions.
01 / HOWLER
From a component to complete protection.
Flat surfaces, curves, corners and joints require appropriate preparation and application methods. Spray-applied polyurea can follow the substrate's geometry, but suitability depends on the complete build-up: substrate, primer, membrane and any required finish.
Before choosing materials, we establish what the coating must protect against and the loads it will face. Contact with water, mechanical effects, sun exposure and cleaning methods each require consideration.

Different substrates require different preparation.
The substrate type, condition, moisture and existing layers affect the choice of method. We determine the cleaning, repair and priming requirements and check the compatibility of successive materials. Retaining an existing coating requires assessment of its adhesion and suitability within the new build-up.

General purpose, specific selection.
This category does not mean that one material suits every surface. We establish resistance, application requirements and limitations from the selected system's documentation and actual conditions. A coating does not correct structural defects or replace necessary repairs.
